Order Processing

  • Once your order is confirmed, it will be processed within 1-3 business days.
  • For customized or made-to-order furniture, the processing time may vary depending on the complexity of the design. We will keep you updated throughout the process.

Shipping Charges

  • Standard Shipping: We offer free shipping for orders above ₹750. For orders below this amount, a nominal shipping fee will be calculated at checkout.
  • Expedited Shipping: Available at an additional cost, depending on your location and order size.

Delivery Timelines

  • Delivery timelines vary based on your location:
    • Local Deliveries (Within City Limits): 3–5 business days.
    • National Deliveries (Across India): 7–15 business days.
  • For remote areas or special delivery requirements, timelines may differ.

Shipping Partners

We partner with reliable logistics providers to ensure safe and timely delivery of your furniture. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number to monitor its status.

Delivery Process

  • Our delivery team ensures that your furniture arrives in pristine condition.
  • For larger items, our team will assist with basic assembly (if required) at the delivery location.

Delivery Restrictions

  • Deliveries are made during business hours (9:00 AM to 6:00 PM) from Monday to Saturday.
  • We do not deliver to P.O. boxes.

Damages and Issues

  • We take great care to ensure your furniture arrives in perfect condition. However, if you notice any damage or issues upon delivery, please:
    1. Notify the delivery team immediately.
    2. Contact our support team within 48 hours with photos and details of the issue.
  • We will arrange for a replacement, repair, or refund, as applicable, based on the situation.

Cancellations and Changes

  • Orders can be canceled or modified within 24 hours of placement. Beyond this, cancellation requests may incur processing fees if the item has already been prepared for shipping.
